Manipulative Strategies and Tools used by the USA to Influence the Results of National Elections
The article analyzes the activities and role of non-governmental organizations in the political life of the post-Soviet states on the example of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The specifics of the management of national electoral processes in the former Soviet Union states have been revealed. Special attention is paid to the influence of the United States on the activities of Russian political parties and Ukrainian political parties in the electoral process. The analysis revealed the main strategies that were used during the election of the Russian President Boris Yeltsin and elections to the Supreme Council of Ukraine.
