Abstract
Based on the results of opinion survyes this article analyzes Krasnoyarsk city mayoral election occurred on December 10, 2012. It reveals the reasons of the victory of the candidate of "Yedinaya Rossiya " (United Russia) political party, as well as the reasons of low electoral activity.
