Author(s)

Abstract

Current school education law prevailing in Germany has evoked conflicts for a long time, which involved, on the one hand, the state and secular majority, on the other hand, the conservative Protestant community. The state insists on the law execution, involving judiciary establishment and police force. In response, religious families immigrate and register their children in other countries, constantly moving in. This article deals with the nature, origins, and history of such a conflict.
