For the first time in the historiography the article offers an analysis of works published in the media of Priangarie within 2000–2011 on the issues of the Siberian-Polish history that contain both chauvinistic interpretations of the latter and unconcealed orientation on falsification and reconsideration of its fundamentals. Due to the indicated context it emphasizes the increasing urgency of the issues that have been studied by the historiographers for a long time as peripheral, theoretical and academic problems. Today they have acquired completely new intensional significance as the objects of specific theme researches. The article reveals and comments briefly the 5 major research trends as well as a number of internal sub-themes within the latter ones.
