Author(s)
V. V. Bukhantsov, M. V. Komarova
Abstract
In the traditions of Russian socio-philosophical reasoning (“discourse”) methodological and theoretical problems of social science are posed and approaches to their solution are proposed, taking into account the peculiarities of cognition of the second Nature, in the process of which feelings, reason and intuition participate. The principles and main aspects of the methodology are postulated. The main objects of research are highlighted: local civilization and the state. The definition of the “state” as a supra-historical creator of history is given, its two main formations of modern times with their features are indicated: the empire and the national state. The author's understanding of politics and public institutions is also given. The end–to-end idea of the work, at the same time its premise, and the inevitable consequence is the need for a sovereign Russian social science, sprouting from the domestic sociophilosophical heritage.
