Modeling the Activity of Regional Authorities Aimed to Foster Political Literacy among the Youth during Republican
Period (1917–2017): a Case Study of the Irkutsk Region
Two models of promoting political literacy among young people, being the most active and dynamic socio-demographic group, has been considered. The author presented basic forms, methods and means to increase political literacy for each form. A special role of the regional authorities in this process has been emphasized.
