A Picture of the Educational Reality: from the Conceptual Visions Towards Real Updating Practice

Abstract
In the article the challenges of present time which turn out, according to the author's opinion, the base for reconsideration of new educational function in the XXI century are considered. The concept of an educational reality picture, regarded as philosophic conceptual project, according to which the present educational practice must be generated, is brought out. The author offers a range of course outlines, which implementation allow to initiate the present educational system reformation.
