Ethno-Psychological Aspect of Local Government

Abstract
The role and significance of ethno-psychological aspect of local government are considered. The authors briefly describe historically developed specificity of ethnically oriented governaning and self-governaning systems of Siberian peoples. General principles of interethnic cooperation in current context are defined. Key areas of activity of local authorities aimed at realizing interethnic cooperation policy and national identity maintenance are considered.
