Mediation as Socio-Cultural Model of the Russian Legislation System Modernization (by the Example of Irkutsk)
The article examines socio-cultural model of Russian legislation system modernization, which evolves universal values and historical-cultural peculiarities as methodological guide line. Being one of the civil society institutions, it's recommended to implement mediation more actively in order to accelerate legislation system modernization. Mediation is considered to be major alternative institute (non-governmental) and social conflicts resolving method in transitional conditions of society.
