The article reviews a book «International Relations and East Asian States Foreign Policy» written by Vladimir P. Oltarzhevsky (Professor of the Irkutsk State University) together with Nikolai. N. Puzinya (Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Siberian Academy of Law, Economics and Management). The book analyzes international relations development in East Asia, consideres main facts of state foreign policy of the region.
