Abstract
The article reveals two main ways of activation of net cooperation of the subjects of regional system of higher professional education in Irkutsk region: the expansion of professional-educational platform in the region the development of mechanisms of negotiated interaction at all levels. The authors focus on increasing the status of expert platforms and the role of expert community in the search and argumentation of efficient mechanisms of problem-solving.
