The Mission of Religious Institutions as a Factor of Civil Unity: Presentation of the Problem

Abstract
The paper analyzes the factors of the mission of religious institutions in the implementation of the integrative function of a state. Fundamental characteristics of these processes in Eastern Siberia during Russian empire and modern periods are presented. It is concluded that there is methodological dualism in the integration processes in a civil society considering its ethnic and religious stratification.
