The analysis of forms, characteristics, bases of dialogue between scientific (secular) and religious outlooks is carried out. The necessity to distinguish such forms of dialogue as: formal, internal (local), i.e. autodialogue, intergroup, activity-practical is proved. Essential characteristics of productive dialogue such as incompleteness, naturalness, relativity are considered.
