Efficiency of the regional multiservice centers (MSCs) in providing the population and business with state and municipal services is determined by degree of demand of their services in electronic form. MSCs are basic elements of the system of regional electronic government allowing using the Internet as a means of electronic interaction among the population, business, the state and municipal authority in the region. To succeed in providing services on-line, to attract as the large number of applicants as possible, MSC provides regulatory support of centers’ activity, opening additional multiservice centers in municipal areas of the republic, comprehensible and recognizable interface of the sites, efficient and responsible work of experts working in the centers. Increase of productivity of the multiservice centers which are basic elements of the system of regional «electronic government», is also added to by opportunity to leave comments regarding quality of rendering on-line state services according to the principle of «one window» both in regional centers and on the web portal of state services.
