The article interprets the problems aroused with the object of political science. It considers social-philosophical and ideological-theoretical grounds of politics, political system and political culture, political institutions, political process, political behaviour and so on. Moreover such important aspects of political studies as historical, concrete-empirical and theoretical are pointed out.
