Modernization Aspects of the Confessional Policy of Northeast Asian Countries in the 20th and Early 21st Centuries. Part I
The paper examines the issues of globalizational determination of the confessional policy in Northeast Asia in the 20th and early 21st centuries. The paper analyzes the developing process of Constitutional and Legal systems under the influence of exterritorial «westernization » as well as political policies and legal practices that ensure social and cultural stability of political forms of the governmental organization.
