Information and Communication Technologies as a Tool for Implementing Memory Policy

Abstract
In modern conditions, Russian memory policy is becoming an important tool for shaping identity and public consciousness. Updating this policy requires adaptation to the changing information context, in which information and communication technologies play a key role. This work considers technologies as effective tools for implementing memory policy, allowing not only to preserve historical memory, but also to create a space for dialogue and discussion of historical events. The technology of creating such copies ensures the integrity and durability of cultural artifacts, making them accessible to users all over the world. Various access modes – free, shareware, or licensed - allow you to satisfy a variety of information requests from the audience, while maintaining a balance of national and international interests. This approach not only promotes cultural exchange, but also stimulates the development of industries related to historical and cultural heritage, ensuring equal opportunities for the use of these resources in the global information space.
