The State Free Economic Zones of Mongolia
on the Example of the Zamen-Uud Free Economic Zone

Abstract
The article analyzes the state of the Free Economic Zones of Mongolia. Using the example
of the Zamyn-Uud Free Economic Zone, the forms of cross-border cooperation, the policy and concept of creating a free economic zone in Mongolia are studied, and the features and process of creating the Mongolian-Chinese economic cooperation zone Zamyn-Uud, Mongolia – Erlian (Ereenhot),
China, and as well as its legal basis are also described.
