Abstract

The Authors solve the problems of the political process and propaganda, which are interdisciplinary and involve political, historical, economic, philosophical, country, psychological, and racial issues. In Russian science, the problem of political processes in the United States is insufficiently represented, has temporary, spatial and country-specific assessments, and requires further development. The article analyzes the traditional factors of the development of the US political process, which include the state power that seeks to dominate by force while discrediting the institution of the presidency. The definition of "trumpism" is given as a forced increase in the role of the Executive power as the basis of a tightly controlled state in the conditions of the crisis. Traditional factors include political parties, the weakening of the two-party system, in which Republicans were historically voted for in coastal Eastern and Western States, and African-Americans supported the Democrats. This ethnic principle is especially relevant when the election of the modern us President is less than 100 days away. The principle demonstrates the evolution of the US political system towards the African-American factor. The article describes the auxiliary factors that include propaganda activities and the functioning of private military companies (hereinafter PMCs) The United States of America, their creation of military tension in numerous regions of the world, especially in the middle East and around Russia.
