Abstract
The article considers the problem of a human in politics and law in the context of a political discourse. Basing on the analysis of macromethodological approaches, the article examines quasi theories in the area of political practice. The concepts of religiously conditioned anthropocentrism in philosophy of politics and law are considered to be the basic targeting in structurization processes of a social field.
