Institutional Transformation in the Political Space of the Region

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of institutional design of the political processes of some federative subjects, which are united of the same territory – Baikal Asia. This processes include the period of 1990 and the first part of 2000, and which influence the institutional building and practice of political behavior.
