Bologna Process and Some Problems of Reforming of Russian Science and Education

Abstract
The Author of this article studies the problems of reforming of the Russian science after the signature of the Bologna declaration in 2003. The article analyses the connection’s prob-lems of the Russian academy science and system of the university education. The author tries to find some ways for the united actions of Russian and Europe universities at this problem.
