Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of processes of integration of the regions considered in a context of development of the Russian federalism. In the article various models of federal-ism are analyzed. The Russian algorithm in general corresponds to laws of development of the European federalism – federation as a way of achievement and / or preservation of unity of the country with the subsequent approach, or returning to high centralized model of management.
