The article presents an overview of the results of the project «Historical dynamics of international cooperation of Baikal Siberia regions in the last quarter of the XX – beginning of the XXI century», implemented by the team of researchers of the Historical Faculty of Irkutsk State University in 2011–2013. Main scientific and educational publications of the research team are considered, possible prospects of research of the processes of regional international cooperation are shown.
