Abstract
This article examines periods of extention of world religions and their confessions in Kazakhstan. Besides it reveals special features of formation of poly-confessional population in Kazakhstan in the second half of the XIXth – the early XXth c. that developed in identification of ethnic and religious components by the population as well as active migration and missionary activity.
