County Administration of Asian Russia During the World War I

Abstract
Changes made by the imperial power and popular representation during World War I in Asian Russia are analyzed. The changes were made in police structure, gendarme corps, medical and rural medical units, establishing judicial and prosecutorial supervision, boards or treasury and in military authorities at the local level. The main purpose was to retain imperial power and guarantee security and quietness within the nation.
