Government Influencing: Transparency of GR-Risks of Private Sector as Extension of the Principle of Competitive Exclusion

Abstract
The problem of the transparency of the information on the interaction of interest groups and public authorities within the framework of a competitive process is considered. Motivation parameters being the basis of the information disclosure of GR-risks of businesses are identified. The concept of organization niche adapted to the national structure of scientific knowledge that provides access to specific resources is presented. Author's approach to the perception of the content of annual corporate reports as a tool to compete for viability of the organization is presented. Main directions of information GR-activity in the conditions of resource dependence, taking into account its multi-purpose and multi-context nature, are developed.
