Abstract

Bias and inflated self-concept are considered with reference to each other. In this very appearance they become the basis of ethnic (in particular countries) and interregional (“East” –”West”) ethnocentrism, and exert influence upon peoples interaction. Long-standing historical conditionality of bias attitude towards not only Russian but Asian societies as well is shown. Negative stereotypization lays the ground for attitude and sanction manipulating.
