In contemporary Russia party projects became one of the new forms of party activity and interaction between state and ruling party. Party projects have been realized since 2006 throughout the activity of the modern Russian ruling party “United Russia”. The article considers the experience of party projects implementation in the housing policy at both federal and regional level.
