Unpredictability of the Russian Political Process (Mayoral Elections in Irkutsk in 2010 as the Case-study). Part 2
The article concerns the analysis of results of mayoral elections in Irkutsk in 2010. The author considers the results of elections in terms of matching of distinct levels (federal and regional) of political process development in modern Russia. Besides the probability of examining of contemporary Russian political process in terms of various modernization theories is regarded.
