Cooperation Among OECD, Asia-Pacific Countries and Russia in the Context of Capital Markets Integration

Abstract
The article analyzes the implications of Russia's commitments to the OECD financial markets liberalization requirements. Two models of liberalization experience in the ОECD and Asia-Pacific countries are identified. Five projections for financial market monitoring are used to compare these countries and the Russian Federation and to evaluate potential impact of liberalization measures on Russia.
