Abstract
The article deals with the problem of relations between the Old Believers and the Soviet government in the case of the criminal trial regarding «all-Russian Union of Old Believers brotherhoods». This criminal case was an attempt to destroy one of the domestic enemy of the Soviet government – Old Believers.
