Re-emigration of Russian Germans from Germany to Russia Late in the XX Early in the XXI Centuries

Abstract
The article contains the analysis of main causes of the Russian Germans' reemigration from Germany to Russia. The author gives the data of his on-site research comparing it with the data of other authors studying the problematics. The actual migrants' integration system in Germany is considered. The article observes in detail the measures taken by the German and Russian governments focusing on sustention of the Russian Germans' cultural identity at a local level.
