Role of EU - Russia Energy Dialogue as a Form of Cooperation Between Russia and the European Union in the Energy Sector

Abstract
The author analyzes the foreign policy of the Russian Federation in the energy sector at the present stage of international relations with the European Union, trying to generalize the common interests between Russia and world powers. The article examines the role of the Energy in international relations between Russia and the European Union in the context of the Foreign Policy Concept of Russia and St. Petersburg summit of the leaders of the «Group of Twenty» 2013.
