The Right of Veto in the UN Security Council Voting as an Indicator of Russian-Chinese Relationship Dynamics

Abstract
Security Council as one of the principal organs of the UN, is an indicator of the balance of relations between the five permanent members who have veto power. Dispite external factors, voting statistics and analysis of the veto power appear to be objective indicators in the study of Russian-Chinese relationship.
