Abstract
The article presents a classification and analysis of the specifics of bilateral cooperation between Irkutsk region and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in the mid-20s of the XXI century. The links of bilateral regional projects on the state-by-state basis is shown. The focus is made on the status and prospects of the administrative, economic and humanitarian cooperation. The article reveals problems of bilateral contacts in employment sphere.
