Sovereignty and Its Limitations

Abstract
The article is concerned with the emergence of the idea of sovereignty gives consideration to the most famous contributors to the theory of sovereignty. Sovereignty is primarily considered in terms of international relations theory. Special attention is paid to the limitation, restrictions and exclusions of sovereignty and its contemporary treatment.
