Analysis of the spirituality phenomenon from the position of modern globalization processes shows various levels of spirituality measurement. From this perspective various functions of spirituality are identified, they are analytical-differentiating and socializing ones in particular. Considering the phenomenon of spirituality through the concept of "a spiritual virtual" makes it possible to use it as a methodological instrument of understanding the world and to define spirituality as a social and philosophical category, designating one of the parties of information and virtual reality.
