To the Question of the Influence of Mesopotamian Religion on Zoroastrianism

Abstract
The article considers possible influence of the Mesopotamian religion on Zoroastrianism. The place of Zoroastrianism in the divers Persian beliefs in 1000 BC is described. The authors identify the main ideas characteristic of Mesopotamian religion 2000–1000 BC, and consider their influence on the Zoroastrian concepts.
