Abstract
This article is devoted to musical activity of Irkutsk radio-committee in the time of political repressions 1937–1938. These political processes significantly affected the work of radio-committee and development of musical culture in the city in general. The paper is written on the basis of the analysis of archival documents, periodical publications in 1936–1938s.
