Global Preconditions of Conservative and Liberal Consensus

Abstract
This article is devoted to the influence of globalization process on the evolution of such important ideologies as neo-conservatism and neo-liberalism in the second half of the XX century. The author analyses the fundamental ideas and tendencies of these ideologies and comes to the conclusion about preconditions of neo-liberalism and neo-conservatism consolidation.
