Political and economic development of China is considered. Specifics of political and economic changes of China are specified. The author describes the People's Republic of China as a future global giant, with its positions becoming stronger mostly due to economy. Economic properties make conditions for the following aspects of development of the People's Republic of China: national renewal of China comes with its defensive behavior to protect its positions domination of internal political priorities (economic growth, social and political stability) shift to imperial development in fight against the USA for global leadership.
