Abstract
The problem of description of the state regulation principles of ethno-confessional social relations in Russia in XIX–XXI centuries is analyzed. Transformational character of their modifications during this period is examined. The author comes to a conclusion that regardless socio-political ideologemes change the forms of implementating state integration function have basic character.
