Various movements within liberalism differ in their approaches to vital structure and value elements of the modern age. But an obligatory thing is that representatives of these approaches have their attitudes to fundamental problems. In conclusion the author analyzes the attitude to vital institutions like state and civil society, and refutes the attempt to liken capitalism to democracy. Special attention is paid to liberal theorists’ approach to the gender concept attempts to break the role of gender differences and functional and family role principles driven by the differences in popular consciousness and politics are shown. Particular attention is given to new developments in the liberalism doctrine.
