To the Anthropology of Religion of G. Bataille

Abstract
The author of the article attempts to determine the contours of anthropology of religion in G. Bataille's works. «The ontology of expenditure (surplus)» is viewed as fundamental intuition of the French researcher. The concept of sacral based on this kind of ontology is shown on the example of phenomena of death and sacrifice. How sacral is congruent with the general economy of human existence is also shown.
