Spatial Waves of Innovations in the First Information Network Development for Asian Part of Russia

Abstract
Three kinds of innovations of postal network expansion in Asian part of Russia before 1917 are considered. Introduction of these innovations is shown to have wavelike character. Sources of innovations are revealed and the directions of innovative waves are defined.
