Дискурсивная сила во внешней политике Китая: интерпретация и продвижение инициативы «Один пояс – один путь»

Аннотация
Одним из самых резонансных международных проектов последнего времени, несомненно, стала китайская инициатива «Один пояс – один путь» (OBOR). Возможность её успешного осуществления, признаются в Китае, во многом сопряжена не только с налаживанием общественных коммуникаций, но и необходимостью выстраивания соответствующего дискурса, позволяющего нейтрализовать ущерб со стороны ошибочных интерпретаций и вероятных негативных коннотаций. Соответственно, усилия, связанные с аранжировкой и продвижением OBOR как одного из самых масштабных внешнеполитических проектов Китая последнего времени, представляют полезный материал для понимания особенностей практического использования дискурсивной силы, одного из относительно мало исследованных инструментов в арсенале «мягкой силы» Китая.
