Information Technology in Political Management

Abstract
This article discusses the digital development of information technology in political governance. The relevance of the research is due to the dynamic development of information technologies, which have a direct impact on the political structure. The use of information technologies makes it possible to increase the efficiency of public services, provides an effective communication environment between the state and society, and determines the transparency of the public administration system. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of information technology in political management. The object of research: information technology. Subject of research: digitalization of information technologies in public administration. Methodology: By the method of systematic analysis of scientific sources and normative documents regulating the sphere of information technology implementation, the trends of digital transformation of the political system, which are relevant today, were investigated. Results: Digital information technologies can significantly enhance the impact of political campaigns and open up new horizons in understanding social processes. However, it is important to ensure their balanced and responsible use, taking into account all risks. This is the only way technology can serve the interests of democracy and society, and not become an instrument of manipulation and abuse. Conclusion: the development of information technologies, in particular, neural networks, digital tools are included in the arsenal of political strategies. The use of digital tools in political technologies opens up new opportunities for data analysis, targeted communication and even forecasting of political events.
