Abstract

The article examines the issues of personal rights as an element of international law institute of human rights and liberties in terms of the law and humanities globalization. The article indicates that the etatisation processes of human personal rights from the positions of cultural and civilizational (religious) dimensions become a subject of political and utilitarian manipulation in the countries with traditional cultural marker as a dominant.
