Abstract

The paper is concerned withthe study of the nature of neocolonialism phenomenon. Philosophical and psychological grounds of the phenomenon of neocolonialism and colonial policy of the western countries are identified. Historic continuity of the idea of inequality in the Western society is revealed. Interrelation of the westernization and neo-colonial policy with the protestant and nationalistic ideas is shown.
